Since 2019, Jadson has been working at the intersection of science, education, and leadership development. His journey began as a facilitator at Univesp, where he identified the need for holistic support for academics beyond technical skills.

Through international collaborations with the Genetics Society of America (GSA), International Science Reserve (ISR), Global Collaboration Institute (GCI), and AAAS, Jadson refined his approach to leadership — shifting from career development to cultivating collaborative leaders among scientists.
